We deliver to all UK and Europe mainland address. Deliveries will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery. We do not offer click and collect. Our dispatch processing time is 3-6 working days (not incl. weekends and public holidays) from the point of purchase. You will receive a dispatch notification email within this period of time. Please note due to the seasonal spike in orders, dispatch times may differ to those originally stated. We appreciate your patience during this time, please note you will receive an email update once your order has been dispatched. Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email as well an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order.

We ship to over 100 countries around the world International Custom fees & Duties International duties and taxes are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. If taxes and duties are included in the price of your order this will be mentioned at checkout. Alternatively, your order may not include taxes and duties. This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.
